布加氏综合征合并下腔静脉血栓形成的影像诊断和介入治疗

目的探讨布加氏综合征（BCS）合并下腔静脉（IVC）血栓形成的影像诊断和介入治疗及其疗效。方法本组9例,均行超声检查,其中7例行MRI检查、6例行DSA检查、3例行CT检查。有6例行介入治疗。结果超声诊断BCS合并IVC血栓形成9例,MRI和DSA诊断6例,CT诊断3例,其中DSA和超声检查最敏感、准确。6例介入治疗均成功,术后下腔静脉压力明显下降,临床症状及体征消失或缓解。无急性肺动脉栓塞、血管破裂等严重并发症发生。结论影像学检查对BCS合并IVC血栓形成的诊断确切,介入治疗是BCS合并IVC血栓形成一种微创、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy of Budd Chiari's syndrome accompanying with inferior vena cava thrombosis

Objective To explore imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy with its effectiveness of Budd-Chiari＇s syndrome（BCS） accompanying with inferior vena cava（IVC） thrombosis.Methods All 9 cases underwent ultrasonography,including 7 cases received MRI and 6 cases taken DSA,while 3 cases received CT examination preoperatively.Interventional therapy was carried out in 6 cases.Results BCS accompanying with IVC thrombosis was diagnosed by ultrasonography in 9 cases,by MRI in 7 cases and DSA in 6 cases,by CT in 3 cases.The ultrasonography and DSA were most sensitive and accurate,6 cases were taken interventional therapy successfully.IVC pressure dropped obviously after the procedure,The main clinical symptoms and signs disappeared or eased.There were no severe complications,such as acute pulmonary embolism,vascular rupture.Conclusion It is a certain method to diagnose BCS accompanying with IVC thrombosis according to imaging examination,while interventional therapy is a minimally invasive,safe and effective treatment method.
