聚乙二醇4000防治肛肠病术后大便困难的疗效观察

目的探讨聚乙二醇4000（长松）防治肛肠病术后大便困难的临床疗效。方法将121例患者按入院顺序分为2组,治疗组61例,术后每天睡前服聚乙二醇4000散剂10g,1次/d,对照组60例,术后每天睡前服麻仁九6g,1次/d。观察两组患者服药后第1次排便距服药的时间、术后第2～5d两组患者大便通畅及排便时肛门疼痛情况。结果两组患者在服药后第1次排便距服药的时间方面有差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。术后第2～5d大便通畅及排便时肛门疼痛情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论聚乙二醇4000能有效防治肛肠病术后大便困难。

Anorectal diseases prevention and treatment of PEG-4000 Efficacy of postoperative Constipation

Objective To study the clinic effect of the PEG-4000 to constipation after Anorectal surgery. Methods 121 patients were divided into two groups according to admission order. 61 cases were in treatment group. 10 grams of PEG-4000 were taken before going to sleep every day. 60 cases were in control groups. 6 grams of Maren Pills were taken before going to sleep every day. The first time after taking the medication from the time of defecation,whether the first 2~5 d stool is smooth and defecation anal pain of two groups were observed.Results The time from taking drugs to the first bowel movement between the two groups were different （P0.05）,and the treatment group is better than the control group. The smooth stool of first 2 ~ 5d and anal pain after operation had no difference （P0.05）.Conclusion PEG-4000 can effectively prevent postoperative bowel Anorectal difficulties.
