| 摘 要： | 目的观察P16、P53蛋白的表达在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法运用免疫组化SP法检测P16、P53蛋白在60例子宫内膜癌、20例正常子宫内膜、20例内膜简单性增生过长、20例内膜复杂性增生过长、20例内膜非典型增生中的表达情况。结果P16、P53蛋白在正常内膜、简单性增生过长、复杂性增生过长的阳性表达率为70%(0%)、65%(30%)、60%(55%),与子宫内膜癌43.3%(83.3%)相比,差异有统计学意义。且P16、P53蛋白的表达在子宫内膜癌中与临床分期、组织学分级及肌层浸润有关,差异有统计学意义。结论联合检测P16、P53蛋白的表达对判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和预后有一定的临床参考价值。
