腺样囊性癌30例报告

目的探讨提高腺样囊性癌诊治水平的方法。方法回顾性分析30例腺样囊性癌的临床资料。30例中除2例为T2病变外，其余28例中T310例、T418例均破出窦外侵犯邻近组织。结果30例全部随访5年以上，手术+放疗组中有3例分别于治疗后3～4年发生肺转移，2例半年后锁骨转移。结论对腺样囊性癌的治疗，首次手术应广泛彻底切除，术后放疗有助于阻止或延缓复发。

A report of 30 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma

Objective To study the methods on improving the diagnosis and treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods The clinical data on 30 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma were studied retrospectively. Among them,except for 2 cases were with T 2, the other 28 cases (10 with T 3 and 18 with T 4) were with the invasion of the neighbouring tissue outsides the sinus. Results All the 30 cases were followed up for than more five years. In the group of operation plus rediotherapy, lung metastasis occured in 3 cases 3~4 years after the treatment, and clavicle metastasis occured in 2 cases half year later. Conclusion In the treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma, a broad and thorough resection is very important in the first operation, and the postoperative radiotherapy is helpful in the prevention or delay of the relapse.
