特利加压素应用前后门脉高压兔血液动力学的变化

摘    要:为探讨可利新(Glypressin)对肝硬化门脉高压患者门脉血流动力学的影响,我们对5只肝前性门脉高压兔(门静脉部分结扎)应用彩色多普勒超声仪测定Glypressin应用前、后门脉高压兔血流动力学的变化。结果是:①用药后可见门脉高压兔的峰值血流速度迅速下降,1 min时由12.2cm/s降至7.2cm/s(Po.05)。结论:Glypressin有明显的降低门脉血流速度的作用,尤其是用药后5min内效果最为显著。30min时门脉血流仍持续性稳定降低,这表明Glypressin通过收缩内脏血管,使门脉血流量降低而达到降门脉压的治疗作用。

Abstract:To determine the effects of Glypressin on cirrhotic portal hypertension hemodynamics the changes of portal hemodynamics of rabbits with portal hypertension caused by portal vein partial ligation be-fore and after administration of Glypressin were measured by color doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The results; (1) One mintue after administering Glypressin, the peak velocity slowed down rapidly (from 12. 2cm/s to 7. 2cm/s, P<0. 01). Ten mintues later, it began to increase gradually, till 30 mintues later, it was still lower than pre-administration level; (2) Continuous observation showed that before administration the color flow signal was continuous, quick and strong, after administration it became intermittent, slow and weak; (3) Vessel diameter became slightly narrower, but there was no statistical difference (P>0. 05). The above facts showed that Glypressin could slow down the peak velocity of portal vein obviously, especially within the first 5 minutes after administration, and in 30 mintues the velocity kept decreasing steadily. The slowing down of blood flow velocity then lowered the pressure of portal vein by the constriction of visceral blood vessels. These supply valuable information for clinical application of Glypressin.
