摘    要:荧光共振能量转移技术作为一种高效的光学“分子尺”,在生物医学、免疫分析以及核酸检测等方面已有广泛的应用,近年来又被用于药物的定量分析。综述荧光共振能量转移技术的原理和特点以及在药物定量分析中的应用。

Abstract:Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technique has broad applications in the field of biomedicine, immunoassay, nucleic acid detection and so on. Recently, FRET has been introduced to pharmaceutical quantitative analysis. In this article, the theory and characteristics, and the related applications in pharmaceutical quantitative analysis of FRET technique were described.
