创伤性血管损伤的诊治(附46例报告)

目的探讨血管损伤及其并发症的诊断和救治。方法该院从2002年1月～2005年6月先后确诊收治46例急性血管损伤的病人。结果由于及早手术,46例患者无一例死亡,8例因挤压严重坏死予以截肢,其余38例均成功治疗,收到理想疗效。结论临床血管损伤比较常见,需紧急处理以挽救病人的生命和肢体。近年来,随着血管外科技术的进展,四肢主要血管损伤的截肢率已显著降低。

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment on 46 patients with traumatic vessel diseases

Objective] To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of vessel truma and its complications. Methods] 46 patients, 2005, who were diagnosed as acute vessel trauma from Jan. 2002 to July, were selected and then analysed. Results] No patient died because of operation immediately among 46 patients. 8 patients were amputated because of severe necrosis and other 38 patients recieved ideal effects. Conclusion] We must take emergent measures to deal with patients with vessel trauma so as to save patients' life or body. Recently. the rate of amputation witnessed decreases remarkably with the development of vessel surgery technology.
