转基因植物疫苗研究进展

转基因植物疫苗作为一种新型的基因工程疫苗，和其它疫苗相比，具有廉价性、可食性等优点。在最近的研究中，越来越多的抗原蛋白在植物中得到了表达，进入了动物和人体实验；而且，植物表达体系进一步多样化，抗原蛋白的表达量和免疫原性得到很大的提高。本文就这些进展进行了综述。

Andvances in Transgenic Plant Vaccines

Transgenic plant vaccine, as a new kind of genetic engineering vaccine,has many promising prospects, such as easier to eat and cheaper to purchase than other traditional vaccines.In the present study, more and more antigen specific proteins have been faithfully expressed in sorts of plant tissues and studied in animals and humans. A further advantage is that, with varies of plant expression systems being used, the level of expression and immunogenicity of antigen specific proteins have been improved successfully.These progresses were reviewed in this article.
