| 摘 要： | 目的了解使用自控镇痛泵病人的健康教育需求，以便采取更合理的教育方式满足病人。方法采用自设问卷，对160例使用自控镇痛泵的病人进行问卷调查。结果病人教育需求程度最高的是自控镇痛泵的镇痛效果、安全性、使用方法和注意事项、并发症及预防；麻醉医生是病人最需要的健康教育人员；床旁实物个体指导是病人最易接受的教育方式。结论对使用自控镇痛泵病人开展相关健康教育时，要针对病人的教育需求特点，有针对性地进行宣教。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the health education demands among patients with patient-controlled analgesia(PCA),and thereby to choose more rational health education means to satisfy the patients' needs.Method A self-designed questionnaire investigation was conducted on 160 patients who used PCA.Results The patients' highest demands on health education were the effect,safety,methods and considerations,complications as well as the prevention of complications of PCA.They preferred anesthetists to provide health education for them,and preferred the means of individualized bed-side guidance.Conclusion It is suggested to provide corresponding health education for patients with PCA aimed at their health education needs. |
