浅谈医院信息系统的安全

基于网络的医院信息系统（HIS）是现代化医院建设中不可缺少的基础设施和支撑环境。许多医院在实施信息化过程中，对相关法规、标准、规范的了解执行不够，造成HIS系统标准化及规范化程度低，可靠性低，加上缺乏安全防范意识，网络管理混乱造成病毒横行，机密、核心数据泄露或丢失，从中暴露出许多网络安全问题。HIS系统的网络安全，问题主要表现在硬件、软件和网络安全管理等方面。应建立起全方位网络系统故障的应急体系，提高系统整体防范能力。

A Preliminary Talk about the Safety of Hospital Information System

Hospital information system(HIS) based on the internet is an indispensable and fundamental facility and back-up circumstance in the course of hospital's construction.Many network safety problems arise because,in the course of informationization,many hospitals failed to fully understand or execute the relevant regulations,standards and norms,causing the lower degree of standardization and normalization as well as lower degree of dependability.Furthermore,hospitals don't have enough defensive awareness,so the following problems occurred:the messy management of the network,the rampage of the viruses,the leakage and loss of secret as well as the key data.Most of the network safety problems in HIS are the ones in hardware,software and network safety management.Thus,a whole-scale emergency system against the total failure in HIS,should be established and the overall defensive capacity should be strengthened.
