补气通络方对大鼠坐骨神经功能恢复的影响

为观察补气通络方对周围神经损伤的治疗效果,给临床用药提供依据.采用清洁级Wistar大鼠48只,行右坐骨神经横形切断后即刻原位吻合术,制成周围神经损伤模型后,随机分为补气通络胶囊组、补气通络注射剂组、维生素B1、B6组和空白对照组.分别在给药后4、8、12周以坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、坐骨神经传导速度(NCV)和小腿三头肌湿重(WWT)测定为观测指标,判断神经功能的修复情况.结果显示补气通络方两个治疗组的坐骨神经功能指数、神经传导速度及小腿三头肌湿重均比维生素B1+B6组和空白组恢复快(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).表明补气通络方对周围神经损伤后神经功能的恢复有促进作用.

THE EFFECT OF BUQI TONGLUO FORMULAR ON THE FUNCTIONAL RESTORATION SCIATIC NERVE IN RATS: An experimental study

To observe the effect of Buqi Tongluo Formula on the treatment of peripheral nerve injury, and provide the basis for clinical medication, 48 clean-level Wistar rats made models by cutting off right sciatic nerve transversely and anastomosing the broken nerve in the original position were divided into 4 groups: Group One (treated with Buqi Tongluo capsule), Group Two (treated with Buqi Tongluo injection ), Group Three (treated with Vitamin B 1 and Vitamin B 6 ), Group Four (treated with 0.9% salt solution). The Sciatic nerve Function Index (SFI), Sciatic nerve Conduct Velocity (SCV) and Wet Weight of Triceps (WWT) were measured after the treatment of 4,8,12 weeks to elucidate the restoration of the injured nerve. The results showed that the restoration of SFI, SCV and WWT in both Buqi Tongluo groups were more rapidly than those in both Vitamin group and salt solution group. Suggesting that Buqi Tongluo Formula can improve the recovery of injured peripheral nerve.
