磁场复合噪声、高温对兔球结膜微循环的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究扫雷艇磁场复合噪声、高温对机体微循环的影响。方法 :采用三因素二水平正交方法 L8(2 7) ]设计实验 ,以微循环显微镜和照相裂隙灯显微镜检测 8次实验的暴露组与对照组兔球结膜毛细血管和微静脉管径。利用自编的计算机应用程序进行t检验及多因素方差分析。结果 :磁场对球结膜毛细血管管径有非常显著影响 (P <0 .0 1) ,温度对球结膜毛细血管管径有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,三因素及交互作用对微静脉管径均无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :磁场和温度对兔球结膜毛细血管管径有一定的扩张作用 ,未见三因素之间的交互作用对微血管管径有显著影响。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of magnetic field, compound noise and high temperature in the minesweeper environment on the BCM (Bulbar Conjunctiva Microcirculation) of rabbits. Methods: Experiments were designed with the three element two level orthogonal method and microcirculatory microscope and other devices were used to test the diameter of the capillary vessel and the venule of the experimental group in the simulated shipboard environment and the control group. Self compiled computer program was applied to make t test and multi element variance analysis. Results: Magnetic field had significant effect on the diameter of the capillary vessel (P<0.01), so did high temperature (P<0.05). No significant effect on venule was observed. Conclusion: Magnetic field and high temperature have the effect of widening the rabbit BCM capillary vessel. Three element orthogonal has no significant effect on microcirculation.
