| 摘 要： | 目的:研究产后及时清除脱落宫腔的肥厚蜕膜对产后即时放置IUD的影响。方法:健康产妇胎盘娩出后,随机分为清除蜕膜组和未清除脱膜组并放置宫内节育器。选择同期、同等条件健康产妇为对照组,对产后恶露持续时间、宫腔感染、IUD脱落情况及非意愿妊娠率进行观察随访。结果:产时放置IUD不增加宫腔感染;IUD脱落率与放置正确与否及宫腔大小有关;恶露持续时间延长的原因是多方面的。结论:产后及时清除脱落宫腔肥厚蜕膜可以缩短恶露时间,对IPPI具有推动作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the effect of pos(?) removal of hypertrophic decidua in uterine cavity on period of Lochia. Method: 700 healthy women were randomly alocated into postpartum removal group and non-removal group of hypertrophic decidua in uterine cavity -each group with or without IUD insertion. The puerperal period of Lochia. intrauterine infection. Ring expulsion rate, accident pregnancy rate were followed up. Results:Postpartum insertion of ring didn't increase intrauterine infection. Ring expulsion rate was correlated with correct insertion and size of uterine cavity. Prolongation of the duration of lochia resulted from complex factors. Conclusion postpartum removal of hypertrophic decidua in uterine cavity can shorten the period of lochia and be useful for IPPI. |
