目的为综合性医院建立电子病历系统提供科学有效的解决方案;方法对中美两国电子病历系统建设步骤的对比和研究,从整体方案、体系框架、实施步骤、困难和挑战等几个方面对架构的设计进行设计和探讨;结果建立了综合性医院电子病历系统的体系结构,提出建设的途径和方法;结论建立的体系结构和构建方法,能够满足综合性医院建立电子病历系统的建设要求,为进一步的研究指明方向。

Hospital Electronic Record System: Design and Consideration

Objective To provide effective solution to build electronic record system in comprehensive hospital.Methods Combed with the contrast and the research of building electronic record system between China and America,the request of building electronic record system was analyzed,and the framework was designed and discussed in the whole scheme,system frame,implement process,difficulties and challenges.Results The framework of electronic record system in p comprehensive hospital was built,and the approach and means were put forward.Conclusions The framework and the building means were proved to fulfill the demand of building electronic record system in comprehensive hospital,and pointed out a way on farther research.
