| 摘 要： | 目的建立腰痛灵栓中桂皮醛的含量测定及麝香酮鉴别的方法.方法采用RP-HPLC,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(38:62)为流动相,在检测波长285 nm处测定桂皮醛含量;以2,4-二硝基苯肼为衍生试剂,乙腈-0.1%磷酸(90:10)为流动相,在检测波长365 nm处鉴定麝香酮.结果桂皮醛平均回收率为98.75%,RSD=2.22%;样品中麝香酮衍生物得到良好分离.结论桂皮醛HPLC含量测定方法可行;麝香酮HPLC鉴别方法可行.
