膝关节前交叉韧带损伤治疗进展

前交叉韧带(ACL)位于膝关节内,是膝关节内的核心结构。随着社会的发展,前交叉韧带损伤的发生率也越来越高。其治疗方法有保守治疗和手术治疗2种方法,保守治疗适应证比较窄,但易发生各种并发症。手术治疗目前主要是在关节镜下重建,重建材料包括自体移植物,同种异体移植物,人工韧带。组织工程韧带正处于研究阶段,未来有望应用于临床。随着临床实践的发展双束解剖重建逐步成为前交叉韧带重建的原则。该文就以上内容进行简要综述,以期能对临床治疗前交叉韧带损伤提供一定的参考。
