格拉司琼联合地塞米松、胃复安及小剂量舒乐安定防治顺铂所致呕吐的疗效观察

目的 观察格拉司琼联合地塞米松、胃复安及小剂量舒乐安定防治顺铂所致呕吐的疗效及副反应。方法 回顾性比较分析格拉司琼联合地塞米松、胃复安及小剂量舒乐安定（综合组）与格拉司琼联合地塞米松（对照组）防治顺铂所致急性、迟发性呕吐的疗效及其副反应。结果 综合组与对照组防治顺铂所致急性呕吐的有效控制率分别为92％、90％(p>0.05)，完全控制率分别为78％、76％(p>0.05)；防治顺铂所致迟发性呕吐的有效控制率分别为94％、78％(p<0.05)，完全控制率分别为82％、68％(p<0.05)；综合组与对照组1-2级便秘、厌食、腹胀、焦虑、失眠等副反应的发生率分别为18％、14％、20％、14％、10％与48％、42％、36％、40％、26％ (p<0.05)。结论 格拉司琼联合地塞米松、胃复安及小剂量舒乐安定防治顺铂所致急性呕吐与迟发性呕吐均具有较好的临床疗效，且副反应小。

Efficacy Observation of Granisetron plus Dexemethasone,Metoclopramide and Low-dosage Estazolam for the Control of Cisplatin-Induced Emesis

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Granisetron plus Dexemethasone,Metoclopramide and low-dosage Estazolam for the control of Cisplatin-induced emesis. Methods The efficacy and side effects of Granisetron plus Dexemethasone,Metoclopramide and low-dosage Estazolam(comprehensive group) versus Granisetron plus Dexemethasone(controll group) for Cisplatin-induced acute, late emesis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Complete response plus partial response of comprehensive group and controll group for Cisplatin-induced acute emesis were 92％、90％,respectively (p>0.05) .And complete response were 78％、76％,respectively (p>0.05) . Complete response plus partial response of comprehensive group and controll group for Cisplatin-induced late emesis were 94％、78％,respectively(p<0.05).Andcomplete response were 82％、68％,respectively(p<0.05). The frequent grade 1-2 side effects of comprehensive group and controll group were constipation, anorexia, distention,anxiety and insomnia, whose odds were 18％、14％、20％、14％、10％ and 48％、42％、36％、40％、26％，respectively(p<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of Granisetron plus Dexemethasone,Metoclopramide and Low-dosage Estazolam for the control of Cisplatin-induced acute, late emesis was both good with little side effects.
