丙戊酸钠联合奎硫平与氟哌啶醇治疗躁狂发作疗效对照研究

目的 比较丙戊酸钠联合奎硫平与联合氟哌啶醇治疗急性躁狂发作的疗效及安全性.方法 将68例急性躁狂发作患者随机分为两组,奎硫平组34例,氟哌啶醇组34例,两组分别在应用丙戊酸钠治疗的基础上联合用奎硫平或氟哌啶醇治疗,疗程均为6周;采用躁狂量表及副作用量表评定临床疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗第6周末,奎硫平组显效率为73.52%,氟哌啶醇组为75.76%,两组总体疗效相当;奎硫平组不良反应明显少于氟哌啶醇组(P＜0.05).结论 丙戊酸钠联合奎硫平与联合氟哌啶醇治疗急性躁狂发作疗效相当,但副反应少、安全性高.

A Control Study of Sodium Valproate Combined with Quetiapine or Haloperidol in the Treatment of Manic Episode

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of sodium valproate combined with quetiapine or haloperidol in the treatment of manic episode. Methods The 68 patients in accordance with the criteria of Manic episode or Recurrent mania or Bipolar disorder, current episode manic in CCMD-3 were randomly assigned to two groups: quetiapine group (34 patients) treated by quetiapine with sodium valproate and haloperidol group (34 patinents) treated by haloperidol with sodium valproate for 6 weeks. The Beck-Rafaelsen Manic Scale (BRMS) and TESS were individually used to assess efficacy and safety.Results After 6 weeks treatment, the tota1 effective rates were 73.52% in quetiapine group and 75.76% in haloperidol group and the gross curative effects in two group were equivalent. But the side effects in quetiapine group were significantly fewer than that in quetiapine group. Conclusion The effects of sodium valproate combined with quetiapine were equivalent to sodium valproate combined with haloperidol in the treatment of manic episode; but the side effects were fewer in sodium valproate combined with quetiapine treatment.
