强化奶片对昆明小鼠学习记忆能力影响的实验观察

为了探讨强化了四种营养素（牛磺酸，锌，卵磷脂和铁）的奶片对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响，以昆明种雄性小鼠为实验动物，随机分为高，中，低三个剂量组和对照组；中剂量组以4岁男孩每日每克推荐量（8g/15.6kg)扩大10倍5.0g/kg为剂量标准，高剂量组和低剂量组剂量分别为20.0g/kg,1.25g/kg。于不同时期观察其体重，学习记忆能力，并为测定血清铁，血红蛋白。结果是高剂量组的跳台，避暗和水迷宫实验等多项指标优于对照组，差异有显性（P＜0．05），但各组的体重，生化指标没有显性差异（P＞0．05）。由此得出强化奶片对小鼠学习记忆能力有一定提高。

Experimental Observation on the Effect of Milk Tablet on Study and Memory of Kunming Mouse

To study the effect of milk tablet in which nutrient was added on study and memory of mouse, healthy Kunming male mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group (drank running water), low dose group, medium dose group, high dose group. According to the recommending dose to 4 year boy, 1.25g milk tablet was given every 10 mice of the medium. Quadruple doses of medium was given the mice of the high and quarter doses given the mice of the low.High dose group could significantly increase the ability of jumping platform study,evading, water labyrinth test,but compared with the control group,it was not significant in the body height and content of serum Fe and hemoglobin.We can conclude that the milk tablet increase the ability of study and memory of mice.
