| 摘 要： | 近年很多研究显示活化的白细胞和趋化因子在ALI/ARDS发病机制中扮演关键角色.临床及实验室研究发现越来越多的天然或合成物通过趋化因子途径对ALI/ARDS产生干预,有些干预对ALI/ARDS可能是有效的.本文就此作一综述.

| Abstract: | Many researchs in recent years show that chemokines play very important roles in the pathogenesis of ALI/ARDS. More and more natural or synthetical drugs affected the clinical results of ALI/ARDS by regulating chemokines in cinical studies and laboratory researchs,furthermore,some of drugs might be effective in treatment procedure of ALI/ARDS. The present review will focus on this aspect. |
