综合护理干预对冠心病患者临床疗效的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年1月在我科住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛型患者100例(年龄≥60岁),随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规心血管药物治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预,包括健康教育、生活护理、饮食指导、运动锻炼、心理护理和出院指导。比较两组患者心率、收缩压、心绞痛发作情况及住院时间。结果:干预后观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能使患者提高生活质量,减少心绞痛的发生率。

Impact of integrated care intervention on therapy for patients with coronary heart disease.

Objective：To explore the impact of integrated care intervention on therapy for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods： 100 patients （age ≥60 years）suffering coronary heart disease with angina-type in our department from January 2009 to January 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group. Regular cardiovascular drug treatment and care were performed in control group,besides the integrated care intervention in the observation group,integrated care were including health education ,life care,dietary guidance,exercise,psychological care and discharge guidance was performed .To compare heart rate ,blood pressure,inhospital time and the incidence of angina pectoris of two groups. Results ： Indicators of integrated care intervention were significantly prior in the observation group than the control group. Conclusion： Integrated care intervention can reduce the incidence of angina pectoris and improve the quality of life.
