| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻咽癌调强适形放射治疗(IMRT)患者的护理.方法:对80例实施全程调强适形放疗的鼻咽癌患者,在治疗前后从心理、皮肤、口腔及黏膜、饮食、骨髓抑制、脱发、功能锻炼方面进行护理.结果:80例患者积极配合治疗,全部顺利完成放疗,不良反应较轻,耐受性好.结论:对行调强适形放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者做好相应护理,可以有效降低正常组织损伤和并发症发生率,改善患者的生存质量.
