| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ERCP在胆囊切除术后综合征诊治中的价值。方法回顾性总结分析46例临床诊断为胆囊切除术后综合征的ERCP资料。结果46例PCS患者中42确（91．30％）成功胆道造影，确诊胆管结石26例（26／28），23例均行EST成功取石，成功率82．14％；确诊十二指肠乳头狭窄9例（9／11），均在内镜下治疗成功；确诊胰头癌2例、胆管癌2例、十二指肠乳头癌2例，其中1例行胆道支架内引流术取得成功。结论对于PCS患者ERCP是一种理想的诊断和治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of ERCP in diagnosis and therapy in patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome.Methods The ERCP data of 46 patients with PCS treated in our hospital.Results The bile duct was imaged in 42 (91.30%) patients which diagnosis for PCS. There were 26 (26/28) cases diagnosed as choledocolithiasis and 23 cases were treated successful by ERCP.
