| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电气化切除术（transurethral resection of prostate,TURP）后肺栓塞的临床特点及救治措施。方法报告1例行TURP术后出现肺栓塞患者的临床资料并进行回顾分析。结果患者行TURP术后28小时发生肺栓塞,经溶栓治疗后患者恢复自主呼吸,入院第47天患者痊愈出院。结论结合临床表现及各项床旁检查结果,及时果断地进行溶栓治疗可提高TURP术后肺栓塞救治的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features and rescure measures of pulmonary embolism after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）.Methods The clinical data of a patient with pulmonary embolism after TURP were reported and analyzed retrospectively.Results The patient had pulmonary embolism 28 hours after TURP,resumed spontaneous breathing after thrombolytic treatment,was cured and discharged on the 47th day.Conclusion Timely and decisive thrombolysis treatment combined with clinical manifestations and bedside inspection results can improve the successful rescure of patients with pulmonary embolism after TURP. |
