冠脉介入治疗术后并发症的预防与护理干预探讨

目的探讨冠脉介入治疗术后并发症的预防与护理干预措施。方法选取于我院行冠脉介入治疗术的130例患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,观察组采用有针对的护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者住院时间及护理后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）,且护理后观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组,两组对比有明显差异（P〈0.01）。结论对冠脉介入治疗术后进行有针对的护理干预可明显预防和减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,减轻患者负担,值得临床推广使用。

Investigation of Prevention and Nursing Intervention for Postoperative Complications of Coronary Intervention Therapy

Objective To explore the prevention and nursing intervention measures of postoperative complications of coronary intervention therapy. Methods 130 cases of patients with coronary intervention therapy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each group, the observation group received nursing intervention, the control group received routine nursing, to compare the hospital stay and the incidence of complications after the treatment of the two groups. Results The hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P 0.01）, and the incidence of complications of the observation group after nursing were lower than that of the control group, the difference between two groups was significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion Postoperative nursing intervention for coronary intervention therapy can significantly prevent and reduce the incidence of complications, shorten hospital stays, reduce the burden of patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
