临床护理路径在心血管内科健康教育中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在心血管内科健康教育中的应用效果及其对患者的积极意义。方法将本院2010年3月至2011年10月收治的230例心血管内科患者随机分为两组,对照组给予本院常规的健康教育方法,实验组患者给予临床护理路径式健康教育,比较两组患者护理干预后的焦虑状态、抑郁状态、睡眠质量和舒适度。结果实验组患者经过临床护理路径式健康教育后,患者对知识的了解更充分,焦虑和抑郁状态降低,患者睡眠质量提高,舒适度更好,与对照组比较各个指标有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论采用临床护理路径式健康教育在心血管内科护理中应用能够帮助患者更好地掌握疾病的相关知识,促进疾病早期康复。

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Health Education in the Department of Cardiology

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path in health education in the Department of Cardiology, and the positive significance for patients. Methods 230 cases of cardiovascular medical patients admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given regular health education methods, the experimental group were treated with clinical nursing path and health education, to compare anxiety, depression, sleep quality and comfort after nursing intervention between the two groups of patients. Results After a clinical nursing path in health education in the experimental group, patients understood the knowledge more fully, reduced anxiety and depression, improved sleep quality with better comfort, with significant difference （P 0.05） compared with the control group. Conclusion The clinical nursing path in health education in cardiovascular medical nursing can help patients to better grasp the knowledge of the disease, and promot early rehabilitation.
