经肝动脉应用胞必佳治疗兔VX2肝肿瘤的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察胞必佳联合碘化油乳剂经肝动脉灌注对兔VX2肝肿瘤的治疗作用。方法建立24只兔VX2肝肿瘤模型,随机分为实验组、常规组和对照组,经胃十二指肠动脉至肝动脉分别灌注胞必佳(10μg/Kg)+适量超液碘化油、丝裂霉素(0.2mg/Kg)+适量超液碘化油以及生理盐水。结果术后实验组兔在生存率上优于常规组,且实验组血清肝功能指标及病理检查显示肝功能损害轻。结论经肝动脉灌注胞必佳联合碘化油乳剂对兔VX2肝肿瘤具有较好的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transarterial immunoembolization with an emulsion of streptococcal agent nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton and lipiodol via hepatic artery against liver VX2 tumor in rabbits.Methods 24 rabbits with liver VX2 tumor were divided into three groups:experimental group,common group and control group.Three groups were infused with nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton(10 μg/Kg) + lipiodol,MMC(0.2 mg/Kg) + lipiodol,normal saline from gastroduodenal artery into hepatic artery respectively.The survival rate,general state and hepatic pathomechanism were compared among three groups.Results The effectiveness,liver function and survival rate of the experimental group were better than those of the common group,and pathologic lesion of liver in the experimental group was lower than that of the common group.Conclusions A feasible therapeutic modality is transarterial immunoembolization with an emulsion of nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton and lipiodol via hepatic artery against liver VX2 tumor in rabbits.
