两种动静脉内瘘穿刺点压迫包扎方法的效果比较

目的 比较沙布卷压迫高弹力松紧带包扎法和沙布卷压迫胶布包扎法对降低动静脉内瘘穿刺点并发症发生率和提高患者舒适度的作用.方法 选择采用动静脉内瘘行维持性血液透析患者75例(穿刺1500例次),随机分为观察组38例(760例次)和对照组37例(740例次),动静脉内瘘穿刺点观察组采用沙布卷压迫高弹力松紧带包扎法,对照组采用沙布卷压迫胶布包扎法.比较两组患者动静脉内瘘穿刺点并发症发生情况和患者的舒适度.结果 观察组穿刺点出血和皮下血肿发生率较对照组低,患者舒适度较对照组高,两组比较,均P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 动静脉内瘘穿刺点采用沙布卷压迫高弹力松紧带包扎法,可降低动静脉内瘘穿刺点并发症发生率和提高患者舒适度.

Effects of compressive hemostases in internal arteriovenous fistula

Objective To compare the effects of Gauz-pressing elastic pressure dressing and adhesive tape pressure dressing on reduction of complications at the punctured internal arteriovenous fistula and improvement of satisfaction. Methods 75 patients （ 1500 times of pucture） undergoing hemodialysis by internal arteriovenous fistula were randomized into observation group （38 cases, 760 times of punctures） and control group （37 cases, 740 times of punctures）. The observation group received gauz-pressing elastic pressure dressing on the punctured internal arteriovenous fistula and the control group gauz-pressing adhesive tape pressure dressing. The two groups were compared in terms of complications at the punctured arteriovenous fistula and patient＇s satisfaction. Results The rates of bleeding at the punctured points and ecchymoma in the observational group were lower than those of the control group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gauz-pressing elastic pressure dressing may reduce the complication rate of punctured internal arteriovenous fistula and increase the satisfaction of patients.
