| 摘 要： | 目的总结运用上臂内侧超薄皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的经验及体会。方法对21例外伤后伴骨或（和）肌腱外露的手指皮肤软组织缺损运用臂内侧皮瓣进行修复。结果皮瓣全部存活。结论上臂内侧皮瓣在修复手部软组织缺损中具有操作简单、费用低廉、效果显著、供区瘢痕小且相对隐蔽等优点,但是手术技巧的掌握对疗效有较大影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of medial thin upper arm flap for repairing finger soft tissue defect. Methods 32 cases of finger soft tissue defect with bone and （or） tendon exposure were repaired with upper arm flap. Results All the flaps survived. Conclusions Medial arm flap in repairing hand soft tissue defect has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, obvious effect, small scar, and surgical skill has great influence on curative effect. |
