| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用的意义。方法回顾分析20例股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗方法。结果 20例患者均得到满意治疗,无一例患者出现并发症,均早期下床行走。结论人工股骨头置换术在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者中是一种安全有效的手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of artificial femoral head replacement in treating intertrochanteric fracture of femur in aged patients.Methods The treatment methods of 20 aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients obtained satisfied treatment and could get out of bed early without complication.Conclusions Artificial femoral head replacement is a safe and effective operation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in aged patients. |
