慢性精神病住院患者躯体疾病的现况调查

目的探讨慢性精神病住院患者合并躯体疾病的特点及影响因素,促进医疗安全。方法对572例慢性精神病住院患者采用横断面研究的方法进行时点调查和统计分析。结果合并躯体疾病者397例（69.41%）,罹患躯体疾病依次为原发性高血压病、2型糖尿病、高脂血症、脂肪肝、乙肝、慢性支气管炎、贫血、阻塞性肺气肿、冠心病、胆石症等。合并躯体疾病的发生与患者年龄、病程、长期服用抗精神病药等有关。结论应充分重视慢性精神病住院患者伴发的躯体疾病,根据其临床特点及影响因素,采取适宜的治疗、管理方法,有助于改善患者的预后,并降低医疗风险和确保医疗安全。

Cross-sectional Study on the Physical Illness in Patients with Chronic Mental Disease

Objective To investigate the characteristics and influential factors of chronic psychiatric patients associated with physical illness to improve medical safety.Methods 572 hospitalized patients with chronic mental disease were investigated and analyzed by cross-sectional studies.Results 397 patients were complicated with physical illness（69.41%）,with primary hypertension followed by type 2 diabetes,hyperlipemia,fatty liver,hepatitis B,chronic bronchitis,anemia,chronic obstructive emphysema,coronary heart disease and cholelithiasis.The development of physical illness was related to the patients＇ age,disease course and long-term use of antipsychotics.Conclusions Great attention should be paid to the physical illness in patients with chronic mental disease.According to the clinical characteristics and the influential factors,the appropriate treatment and management methods help to improve the prognosis of the patients,reduce the medical risk and ensure medical safety.
