应用锁定钢板治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折

目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定支持钢板治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折的预后。方法应用锁定加压钢板对我院2009年12月至2011年1月的30例股骨近端严重粉碎性骨折患者进行治疗评价该法治疗效果。结果术后获得随访28例,随访时间12～24个月,平均14个月,经治疗后28例患者6个月骨折面全部骨性愈合,均未出现髋内翻畸形,髋关节功能恢复优良率为100%,无内固定物折断及髋内翻、关节僵直等并发症出现。结论使用股骨近端锁定支持钢板进行坚强固定效果满意,尤其适合于内侧结构不稳定或大转子碎裂的股骨转子间骨折以及转子下骨折,较好地恢复了关节的功能。

Application of Locking Plate in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Comminuted Fracture

Objective To explore the prognosis of proximal femoral comminuted fracture treated with locking plate.Methods Thirty patients with serious proximal femoral comminuted fracture in our hospital from December 2009 to January 2011 were treated with locking plate.The therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results 28 patients were followed up after operation with the follow-up time of 12 ~ 24 months（averaged 14 months）.The fracture was healing in 28 cases without coxa vara.The excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery was 100%.No complication such as internal fixation broken,joint stiffness was found.Conclusions Proximal femoral anatomical plate for rigid fixation has satisfactory effect,especially for fracture with unstable mesial structures,intertrochanteric fracture with greater trochanter fragmentation or subtrochanteric fractures,which can restore the function of the joint well.
