急性重度酒精中毒致心搏骤停病人的院前急救

目的探讨急性重度酒精中毒导致窒息性心搏骤停病人的院前急救。方法回顾性分析我院在院前急救中救冶的6例患者资料。结果心肺复苏成功5例,死亡1例。结论在院前急救中,对急性重度酒精中毒导致窒息性心搏骤停病人应迅速准确判断,急救团队分工协作,同时迅速予以解除窒息、胸外心脏按压、电除颤,安全转运等,可提高抢救成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Pre-hospital Emergency of Cardiac Arrest Caused by Acute Severe Alcoholism

Objective To explore the pre-hospital emergency of asphyxiating cardiac arrest caused by acute severe alcoholism. Methods The data of six cases of pre-hospital emergency in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Five cases succeeded in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and one died. Conclusion For asphyxiating cardiac arrest patients due to acute severe alcoholism, quick and accurate judgement, division of work and cooperation, quick relief of asphyxia, external cardiac massage, defibrillation and safe transit, can improve the success rate, and reduce the incidence of complications.
