综合护理干预对无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的影响。方法将76例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各38例,两组均采用COPD合并呼吸衰竭常规内科治疗及无创呼吸机治疗,并采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组干预后的临床各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组的并发症发生率较对照组低（P〈0.05）。干预组均顺利完成治疗,对照组有2例因不耐受而放弃治疗。结论对无创呼吸机治疗的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施综合护理干预,能有效地提高患者的治疗依从性和临床效果,并减少并发症的发生和气管插管次数。

Effect of Complete Nursing Intervention on Non-invasive Ventilator Treatment of COPD Patients with Respiratory Failure

Objective To discuss the effect of complete nursing intervention on continuous positive airway pressure treatment for COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 76 patients with COPD and respiratory failure were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 38 cases in each group, who were all treated by the conventional therapy and continuous positive airway pressure, and all were taken care by usual nursing. The intervention group was taken care by the complete nursing intervention on the basis of usual nursing. The nursing effects were compared between th two groups. Results After the intervention, every clinical index in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. The complications in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. All the patients of the intervention group finished the treatment favoringly, 2 patients in the control group gave up the treatment due to intolerance. Conclusion For the patients with respiratory failure and COPD treated by continuous positive airway pressure, complete nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and clinical effect, and reduce the complications and the trachea cannula times.
