临床护理路径在结肠癌手术患者中的应用

目的 探讨对结肠癌手术患者实施临床护理路径的效果.方法 将62例结肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例.观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理.观察并比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、健康知识的掌握程度、患者的满意率.结果 观察组患者的平均住院时间、住院费用和并发症发生率低于对照组；健康知识掌握程度和患者的满意率高于对照组；术后肛门排气时间较对照组快(均P＜0.05).结论 对结肠癌手术患者实施临床护理路径,有利于提高患者对疾病的认识,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高护理质量和患者的满意度.

Effect of nursing pathway on nursing of colon cancer patients undergoing surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on nursing of colon cancer patients undergoing surgery. Methods 62 colon cancer patients undergoing surgeries were equally randomized into observation group and control group. The observation group were managed with clinical nursing pathway and the control group with conventional nursing. The two groups were compared as for hospitalization duration, expenses, knowledge on health and satisfaction of patients. Results The average hospitalization duration, expenses and the rate of complications in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group （all P 〈 0.05）, while the mastery of knowledge and satisfaction of patients were both higher than those of the control group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway used to nursing colon cancer patients ready for surgeries may help to improve the understanding of diseases, shorten hospital stay, reduce the medical expenses, improve the quality of nursing and patient＇s satisfaction.
