人性化护理对骨折患者不良情绪的影响

目的探讨人性化护理对改善骨折患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取骨折患者244例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各122例,对照组采用骨科常规护理方法,观察组则在对照组护理基础上加强人性化护理,观察并分析两组患者不良情绪的改善情况。结果干预后观察组的疼痛、焦虑、抑郁的改善均优于对照组,治疗依从性好于对照组,患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在骨折患者治疗的过程中实施人性化护理,可有效地改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者在住院期间的生活质量,加速身体康复,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Humanistic Nursing on Fracture Patients with Negative Emotions

Objective To discuss the influence of the humanistic nursing on fracture patients with negative emotions. Methods 244 patients with fractures were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 122 cases in each group; the control group was taken care by the usual orthopedic nursing, and the observation group was taken care by humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group nursing, to observe and analyze the improvement of the patients＇ negative emotions in the two groups. Results The improvement of pain, anxiety and depression in the observation group was more excellent than that in the control group after intervention, and the treatment compliance was better than that in the control group, the patient＇s degree of satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing on the fracture patients can effectively improve the patient＇s negative emotions, improve the patients＇ quality of life in hospital, accelerate physical rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical application.
