| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆结石并发胃癌的临床情况。方法回顾分析已确诊胆结石患者行胃镜检查并经病理证实的胃癌患者,统计相关资料。结果 1304例确诊为胆结石者,其中胃镜加病理证实胃癌25例。结论胆结石患者并发胃癌的发病率较高,应注意高危人群筛查。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between gallstones and gastric carcinoma in clinic. Methods The cases of gallstones combined with gastric carcinoma （confirmed by endoscopy and pathologic test） were analyzed retrospectively. Results 25 cases of gastric carcinoma were approved by ultrasound endoscopy and pathology among 1 304 cases of gallstones. Conclusions Gallstone patients are liable to suffer from gastric carcinoma, a close attention should be paid to screening for high-risk groups. |
