人工智能技术在颅内动脉瘤诊疗中的研究进展

摘    要:早期检出颅内动脉瘤及评估其破裂风险对于指导临床治疗极其重要。随着人工智能(AI)技术与医学影像结合的研究不断深入,采用AI技术已用于颅内动脉瘤的辅助诊断和临床疗效评估,多种深度学习(DL)算法可以与数字减影血管造影(DSA)、CT血管成像(CTA)、MR血管成像(MRA)相结合,从而实现快速识别、精准诊断动脉瘤并预测其破裂风险。对AI技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断和预测方面的应用进行综述。

Abstract:Early detection of intracranial aneurysms and assessment of their rupture risk are very important to guide clinical treatment. With the deepening of research on the combination of artificial intelligence(AI) technology and medical imaging, AI technology has been used in the auxiliary diagnosis and clinical efficacy assessment of intracranial aneurysm. Multiple deep learning (DL) algorithms combined with digital substraction angiography(DSA), computed tomography angiography (CTA), and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) have been applied to quickly identify, accurately diagnose, and predict the risk of aneurysm rupture. This article reviews the application of AI in the diagnosis and prediction of intracranial aneurysms.
