摘    要:准确测定先天性肾上腺皮质增生症(CAH)患者体内的各激素水平一直是困扰检验工作人员的难题。液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)是目前公认的具有较大应用潜力的检测方法。本文从CAH患者的类固醇激素代谢情况,LC-MS/MS检测类固醇激素的方法学建立要点及LC-MS/MS用于CAH诊治的研究现状进行综述,明确了LC-MS/MS有避免非特异性物质干扰,解决免疫分析法的高假阳性,检测标本多样化及能够快速进行类固醇代谢谱分析的优点,是一种能够为临床内分泌疾病的诊断与疗效监测提供精准、高效的检测手段。同时本文也对此检测技术的不足进行了阐述。

Abstract:Accurate determination of the levels of various hormones in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia(CAH)has always been an important issue that plagues laboratory workers.Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)is currently recognized as a detection method with great application potential.This article reviews the steroid hormone metabolism of patients with CAH,LC-MS/MS methodological establishment points for steroid hormone detection,and the current research status of LC-MS/MS in the diagnosis and treatment of CAH.It is clear that LC-MS/MS has the advantages of avoiding non-specificity.The advantages of substance interference,resolution of high false positives of immunoassays,diversification of test samples,and rapid analysis of steroid metabolism profiles are a kind of accurate and efficient detection methods that can provide accurate and efficient detection methods for clinical endocrine disease diagnosis and efficacy monitoring.At the same time,this article also elaborated on the shortcomings of this detection technology.
