| 摘 要： | 为探讨摄食与睡眠两种行为的关系,本实验用睡眠多导描记技术收集 Wistar 大鼠于对照及食物剥夺两种状态下的睡眠资料。结果发现,食物剥夺可导致大鼠慢波睡眠时间增加,总睡眠时间增加,快动眼睡眠时间减少。此结果初步证实摄食行为改变可以影响睡眠行为。

| Abstract: | The effects of food deprivation sleep were investigated in adult male Wistar rats with polysomnographic recording technique.The rats had recordings under two experimental conditions:con- trol and food deprivation.Each rat had two time recordings on different situations and each time for 8 hours(including 4 hours in light phase and 4 hours in dark phase),thus two sets of materials were tak- en from this expriment.The data in the study suggested:food deprivation increased daily slow sleep time(especialy during the dark period)and total sleep time,but decreased rapid eye movement sleep time in the night. |
