| 摘 要： | 目的 测定不同产地蜂胶中总黄酮的含量,为蜂胶的质量控制提供更多依据.方法 以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定不同产地蜂胶中总黄酮的含量.结果 山东产的蜂胶中总黄酮的含量最高.结论 分光光度法测定结果能反映客观实际,可作为蜂胶质量控制方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the scientific evidences for controlling the quality of propolis by determining the content of total flavones from propolis. Methods To use the content of total flavones as evaluation indexes by UV- 2100. Results The content of total flavones was the highest in the propolis from Shandong. Conclusion The detecting results by spectrophotometry can reflect the objective reality and may be one of the methods for controlling the quality of propolis effectively. |
