| 摘 要： | 用酶免疫法对38例可疑宫外孕患者随意尿标本进行了快速HCG测定,其中15例阳性经证实10例为宫外孕,5例为宫内妊娠;23例阴性经证实除1例假阴性结果外均为非妊娠性疾病。无假阳性结果。本方法显示了高度的特异性和灵敏度。

| Abstract: | Beta Quik V EI A Visual Kit provided by Beiiing Pacific Biotech Center, Beijing, China was used for the semi-quantitative determination of HCG in urine from 38 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy. Fifteen cases were HCG positive and 23 negative. of the 15 positive cases, 10 and 5 were finally proved to be ectopic and normal pregnancies, respectively. of the 23 negative cases, 22 were diagnosed as non-pregnant disease, and only 1 was proved to be ectopic pregnancy. Our results show that HCG EI A with high sensitivity is very helpful in establishing the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and Beta Quik V EI A Visual Kit is really a product of high quality. |
