乳腺后间隙剥离一次性注射隆乳术

目的　探索一种新的注射隆乳方法。方法　对 69例适合做直接注射隆乳术的患者使用高频电剥离器剥离乳腺后间隙 ,再将聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射到剥离好的腔隙内隆乳。结果　应用 69例 ,除 4例 6只乳房在术后出现血肿 ,其中 3只乳房更换水凝胶 ,3只乳房经保守治疗痊愈外 ,其余乳房外形及手感俱佳。结论　乳腺后间隙剥离注射隆乳术可将聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注入在一个完整的腔隙内 ,避免了术后可能发生的注射后硬结 ,且在必要时能将水凝胶完全取出

Augmentation mammoplasty by one-off injection in the dissected retro-mammary space

Objective To explore a new method of breast augmentation by injection. Methods 69 suitable patients were choosed for this wethod. The dissection were performed in the retro-mammary space by high-frequency electric dissector, then polyacrylamide hydrogel was injected in the dissected space. Results Among the 69 cases, all the breasts have achieved good results both in outer shapes and feelings, except 6 breasts of 4 patients had some hematoma after operation, 3 of which had gel replaced and the other 3 were cured by conservative treatment. Conclusion Injection augmentation mammoplasty in the dissected retro-mammary space permits injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel into an integrated space, thus avoiding confusion of injection layers and induration after operation, and the gel can be totally taken out if necessary.
