| 摘 要： | 目的:治疗中老年人因食物嵌塞所致的牙周疾病.方法:对64例102颗食物嵌塞的牙齿进行调(牙合)、牙周治疗、充填及修复治疗.结果:经2～3年的随访观察,15颗牙因充填效果不佳再次食物嵌塞,而改做冠修复,有效率为77.61%;6例冠修复接触关系不良,重新制作,有效率为82.86%.结论:食物嵌塞治疗方法有严格的适应证,进行充填和修复治疗应特别注意邻接关系,防止医源性食物嵌塞.

| Abstract: | Objective: To treat periodontical diease caused by food impaction in middle-aged and old patients. Methods: The clinical data of 62 cases with 102 teeth were treated by selective grinding, periodontical treatment, filling and restoring crown. Results: After 2 to 3 years observation, filling result of 15 teeth was not good due to food impaction once again. The reat of changed crown restoration, rate was 77.61%. Six crown abutment relation were not good and made again, and the rate was 82.86%. Conclusion: There were strict adaptions on treatment of food impaction. When filling and restoring crown, we should be careful to abutment relation especially and prevent food inlaid of medical sources. |
