| Abstract: | A factor in the sera of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) reduced the response of their lymphocytes to phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) demonstrated by mixed leukocyte migration inhibition. Lymphocyte responses to PHA in horse serum were unimpaired. After treatment with Levamisole for 3 months, responses to PHA in autologous sera returned to normal. |
