结膜切除联合巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症疗效观察

【目的】通过观察、随访结膜切除联合巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症的手术效果，探讨手术治疗结膜松弛症的新方法。【方法】结膜切除联合巩膜固定术治疗有异物感、泪溢症状的中、重度结膜松弛症26例48眼，术后进行症状评估、裂隙灯显微镜下观察球结膜变化。【结果】术后系统随访8周，异物感48眼中44眼（91．66％）、泪溢32眼中29眼（90．62％）明显改善；裂隙灯显微镜观察松弛结膜完全消失45眼（93．75％）。【结论】结膜切除联合巩膜固定这一新的手术方式对治疗中、重度结膜松弛症安全有效、值得推广应用。

Observation on the Effect of Conjunctival Resection and Sclera Fixation for the Treatment of Conjunctivochalasis

Objective] To observe the effect of conjunetival resection and sclera fixation for treating conjunctivochalasis. Methods] Forty eight eyes of 26 patients with conjunetivoehalasis were operated by conjunctival resection and selera fixation. The symptom improvement was evaluated and the changes of bulbar conjunctiva were observed under the slitlamp after surgery. Results] The follow up was made at 8 weeks after surgery. Forty four of 48 eyes （91.66%） with foreign body sensation and 29 of 32 eyes （90.62%） with epiphora were improved significantly, Forty five eyes （93. 75%） with conjunctivochalasis were cured under the slitlamp examination. Conclusion]Conjunctival resection combined with sclera fixation is safe and effective for treating conjunctivochalasis and it should be applied extensively.
