| 摘 要： | 目的观察高血糖对大鼠动脉内皮细胞表达白细胞介素6(IL6)的影响及不同他汀药物的治疗作用。方法45只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组9只、糖尿病对照组12只、糖尿病阿托伐他汀治疗组12只、糖尿病普伐他汀治疗组12只(用链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型),4周后取其主动脉,采用免疫组化检测各组大鼠动脉内皮细胞IL6的表达。结果糖尿病对照组IL6的表达量高于正常组;糖尿病两治疗组IL6的表达量均低于糖尿病对照组;两治疗组之间无显著性差异。结论高血糖促进内皮细胞产生IL6,而他汀类药物能下调血管内皮细胞IL6的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of hyperglycemia and statin therapy on interleukin-6 expression of vascular endothelium in diabetic rats.Methods Forty-five male rats were divided randomly into control group, STZ-induced diabetes group, atorvastatin treated diabetes group and pravastatin treated diabetes group . Immunohistochemical staining and computer image analysis were performed to analyze the contents and distribution of IL-6 in endothelium of aorta from four groups.Results IL-6 contents in diabetes group were significantly increased compared to that in control group; However, IL-6 contents in atorvastatin and pravastatin treated diabetes group were decreased. There was no obvious difference of IL-6 contents between atorvastatin treated diabetes group and pravastatin treated diabetes group.Conclusion Hyperglycemia can induce the product of IL-6 in vascular endothelium, statins inhibit expression of IL-6. |
