| 摘 要： | 一站式服务是适应“以病人为中心”医疗服务模式的具体表现，是一种充分体现简捷、高效、优质的服务形式。作者介绍了门诊部健康体检中心推行一站式服务模式的具体措施、经验和取得的社会经济效益。这是市场经济下医院服务和经营理念的突破：医疗保健服务必须树立以人为本的思想，倡导人性化、多元化服务是提高医院核心竞争力的根本选择。

| Abstract: | One-stop service is a kind of simple,highly efficient service with high quality.It embodies the 'patient-based' medical service pattern.This paper introduces the measures,experiences and benefits resulting from the application of one-stop service in the physical examination center in the outpatient department of our hospital.This service is a breakthrough in medical service and managing concepts guided by the market economy.We believe that the medical service should comply with the patient-based concept,and only by personalized and multi-facet service can the hospital make itself competitive. |
