脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的:观察脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法:将103例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组52例,对照组51例,治疗组以脑苷肌肽20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静滴,每天1次,连用14d;对照组给予脑蛋白水解物注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml中静滴,每天1次,连用14d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分,判定疗效。结果:治疗后两组临床神经功能缺损评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组有效率为96.15%,对照组有效率为80.39%。结论:脑苷肌肽治疗急性脑梗死有良好疗效。

The Curative Effect of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the curative effect of cattle encephalom glycoside and ignotin for acute cerebral infarction.Methods:103 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(52 cases) and control group(51 cases).The treatment group was given 250ml of normal saline added to with cattle encephalon glycoside and ighotin by IV infusion,and the control group was given 250ml of normal saline added to with cerebral hydrolysate injection by IV infasion,too.These two groups were both given once a day for 14 days.The curative effect of this disease was determined on the nervous function scales before and after treatment.Results:The difference in the nervous function scale between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.15%,and in the control group was 80.39%.Conclusion:The cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin is a quite effective remedy for acute cerebral infarction.
