| 摘 要： | 用自动图像分析技术，检测了７４个典型Ｒ－Ｓ细胞，７１个ＩＢ细胞，３５个红细胞的六项形态学参数值，建立了四个判别函数式。四个判别函数对确诊的Ｒ－Ｓ细胞和ＩＢ细胞判别符合率分别为７１．２３％、７３．６１％、８６．１１／、７９．１７％，以判别函数三判别效果最好。

| Abstract: | Six kinds of morphometric parameters from 74 R-S ceils,71 IB cells,and 35erythrocytes were analyzed by image analysis technique.Four discrinlinations were established.The results showed that the accuracy of system one(for nuclear parameters of cytology )fordistinction of R-S cells and IB cells was 71.23%, of system two(for nuclear parameters ofhistology) was 73.61%,of system three(for nucleolus parameters of histology) was 86.11%,and of system four(for nucleolus parameters of cytoiogy) was 79.17%. The effect to distinguishR-S cells from IB cells in system three was the best. |
